VP for winners, VP meet, VP Detroit creator

VP for Winners is Bob Dancer's new software. If you have Winpoker and or FVP, you probably don't need it.

Winpoker is written by Dean Zamzow and marketed by Bob Dancer. Zamzow is no longer supporting the program so there will be no further updates. As far as I know, he has decided to keep the code, but not update it at all.

FVP was written by Jim Wolf and marketed by Jean Scott. Jean and Jim had an unpleasant parting of ways so I don't know the future for FVP.

I did Beta testing for VP for Winners. If you want the exact look and feel of most of the IGT games, this program delivers that very nicely. It also has some risk of ruin features. I'm not sure I would pay for this program. I have both Winpoker and FVP as well as Dunbar's risk analyzer ( a great program) .

As for the VP meet, we are still on for 6:30 for cocktails and 7:00 for dinner ( TBD). I will gladly accept a comped meal.

Does anyone know who started VP Free?

Although we don't have any positive games here in the Detroit
area, like those lucky players in Vegas, there are always the best of
the worst games to play. For example:

SINGLE PLAY
1. Pick'Em Poker at 99.95% (Watch out for the low-pay "Rip-Off
Pick'Em)
A. Dollar at MGM (a few left at the bar)/Windsor/Greektown
(?)/Hiawatha Racetrack in Sarnia
B. Quarter at Hiawatha Racetrack/Soaring Eagle

2. NSU Deuces Wild at 99.72%
A. Quarter (progressive) at Motor City
B. Five Dollar (big risk!) in the high roller room at Motor City

3. 9/7/5 Double Bonus at 99.1%
A. Quarter (progressive) at MGM

TRIPLE PLAY
Motor City has a bank of them where all the games pay at least 99%
or better
(very volatile...careful!)
