I have 2 computers with it installed legally and they both stopped working . Help

I'm having a problem...I click on vp winners okay but cannot load any of the
specific games, the loading bar is very slooow and then nothing happens.
Tried the usual stuff, shut off/battery out etc. Any help would be
appreciated. (I've had it installed for over a year with no problems in the
past, also everything else seems to work okay..Rod
