VP CASINO INSPECTION

Howdy

Lets say I hit two RF in a row and I pull out my slot card. I then hit a third in a row. Does it make any difference as far as alerting the casino as to a possible malfunction?

Hi Grumpy,

No, it doesn't. Each slot tracking system counts top jackpots in a separate counter. If the Royals are hand-pays of course they'll see it right away. Even if they are not they will see it and be able to trace the run back to you eventually. Of course, you are doing nothing illegal so they may have difficulty getting you to repay the money but....

It will if they're checking for card pullers. Otherwise there is a
separate accounting of each machine's win/loss independently of who's
playing it, 3 RF's in quick succession might set off an excessive
payout alarm. A suit might appear and ask you to stop playing so they
can examine the machine for a possible problem, if you agree they will
probably lock it up until an IGT factory tech can check and verify the
paytables and functionality. And, they'll be keeping a close eye on
what you play from now on. You may find they even become hostile, they
may request that you follow them to a backroom for questioning. Or
they may simply ask you to leave and not return stating that you are
too good for them. You might even be formally "trespassed" which means
if you show up again within a year, you will be arrested for trespass.
