I will be in LV on Oct 20 and would like to know where the best place
to play VP (Deuces-Loose Deuces-NSUD-Joker) and watch Monday Night
Football would be. Preferably a sportsbook location.

I don't ever recall seeing any gaming machines in a sports book. Your
best bet would probably be a bar in a larger casino, they all seem to
have a couple tv's. The VPFree database has a listing of the best
bartop VP machines. As a matter of fact, I saw it listed in a VPFree
post within the last couple days.
