Not until you mentioned same and I googled. It makes sense to me.
I am intrigued at the venture and potential for gamblers in the long
run. In the short run, these RACINO's will be a disservice to all.
The only play I remember was at the racetrack in Rhode Island many
years ago. It was a blackjack VLT game rigged for like a 30% hold.
Several AP's found they could take advantage of non-randomness 
That was sweet.
