I totally agree. All of the VP machines in Illinois have become monsters
since they put in the new 'guts'. I figured this was to make up for the 70% tax
imposed lately. I certainly have quit going there because it is a noticeable
difference. It was also a noticeable difference the last 3 times I visited
Vegas.
Ho Chunk's new VP machines (except Multistrike) have the same new interface
and everybody is complaining how much money they suck in.
So, I went to another WI casino on Saturday where I thought they may have not
changed to the new VP machines, yet.
It was like old times, hauling in the quads, playing 3 hours on the same $100
(triple play 25¢) getting dealt 3 aces at least 8-9 times and catching the
4th 3 times, once with the kicker. (DDB) This is the way VP used to be,
I will not play the new VP machines anymore. I at least want an honest chance
to win a little, not contribute $1000 a session with hardly anything in
return.
