Video Poker Machines For Sale

Just curious why a big variety of used traditional slot machines can be found for purchase on sites like Facebook Marketplace, but NO “normal” Video Poker machine (nor the newer “cartoon like” penny slot machines). We recently bought a used $5 “In the Money” slot machine for $200 for home enjoyment when we can’t get away to a casino, but we would like to compliment it with a normal multi-play video poker machine (IGT, AllStar, etc)… Anyone know why they are not generally available?

Thanks,

Dave

Multiplay machines come with daily fees, and the software is, technically, leased by the casino, so it can’t be sold.

`I bought two VP machines locally from slot machine stores in
Phoenix.

One is a GameKing with a touch screen. It has around 60 games, each
with a variety of paytables. Denominations can be set from 1 cent to
25 dollars. I have a “Key chip” so that I can set the games, paytables,
denominations, sound, double-up, etc. that prefer.

It was manufactured in Aug, 1998. Another thing to keep in mind, some
states restrict by age what is legal to own.

`It probably has the double up bug:

`When I get some time, I’ll give this bug a try.

I remember reading about the bug but not in the detail your link has.

BTW, If anyone wants to see the games and (%)paytables available on my
GameKing, check the vpFREE files and open the GAMEKING.xls file. The
paytables are only listed as percents. So for example Deuces Wild at
100.80% is the FPDW version (100.76%). At a given denomination, you
can not have both FPDW and NSUD. However, you can have both DW and BDW
as an example. The High Denominations versions have 239 coins instead
of 250 coins for the SF.

The machine is a base 25c machine with a coin hopper. It also has a
dollar bill reader ($1 to $100).

I believe the blackjack game has better rules than the 99.50% indicates.

I’d love to buy one that has ultimate x and spin poker, but up to 10 hands. Has anyone ever heard of these being available to purchase

Interesting, must be why I can’t find them.

Thanks,

Dave

Sounds nice, would like to find ten play though.

Speaking of VP machines for sale. We have an old Double Acey
Deucy machine (won at the old Reserve) that may need some work. The
grandkids played it when they were little but that might have been 15 or so
years ago. Nickel coins. The price is frugal – $0 if you will come
to our garage and haul it away!!! E-mail me privately for more
details.
