Many if not most casinos not on the Strip have 25c and 50c 8/5 BP.
Someone already suggested the Palms for 25c FPDW. Many of the Station casinos and Sam's Town have this also.
Gold Coast, Palms and South Point would be good choices for 25c and 50c NSUD.
Do a search on vpFREE2.com for more casinos. I would explore the ones with a convenient location first.
