Then I take it to say that the paytables as advertised at Ak Chin
i.e. 10-7-5 may not pay out the 100.17% as we would normally expect in a
regulated environment like Nevada? And that the players at Ak Chin are operating on
blind faith(similar to internet gaming)?? But the sheer volume of play that
those 10-7 DB receives surely must be a signal that things are on the legit.

night. Seems reasonable when most other paytables are bad, right? Regarding
Harrah's Nat'l. reputation, I've spent many many hours and days arguing with
both the Indian Gaming Council and the Arizona Gaming Regulatory Commission
about how players can be reasonably certain the games are not biased. The
Indians said the State regulates them. The State repeatedly says they merely review
and bless the reports the Indians hand over to them confirming holds and
randomness as per the pact. Thus, Harrah's will Never be blamed or challenged on
video poker there, when there's simply no outside source of verification
going on. It's no different than Internet gaming.
