"I know of 4 royals that were hit in about a 48 hour period on that bank of 10-7-5 DB $1 early in June.... Harrah's has a national reputation to protect therefore I trust their operation there...For Harrah's not to run an above board legit operation while co-partnering with Indian gaming would create too much negative publicity."
Here's the problem: First, that bank of dollar 10/7 is ALWAYS filled, day & night. Seems reasonable when most other paytables are bad, right? Regarding Harrah's Nat'l. reputation, I've spent many many hours and days arguing with both the Indian Gaming Council and the Arizona Gaming Regulatory Commission about how players can be reasonably certain the games are not biased. The Indians said the State regulates them. The State repeatedly says they merely review and bless the reports the Indians hand over to them confirming holds and randomness as per the pact. Thus, Harrah's will Never be blamed or challenged on video poker there, when there's simply no outside source of verification going on. It's no different than Internet gaming.
