Well, I am not Bob, but go to their web page and go to the support
section. Many FAQs might help or their email support is good and quite
quick. You wil probably need the email address you used when you
registered with them.
Also, version 1.9.1.0 is out so you might want to download the latest
version and ask for new activation codes.
