I recently bought a new MacBook Pro, and in the process of porting stuff from my old computer to the new one, Video Poker for Winners got lost. I wrote to the Support people on the VPW website, and they instructed me to download a fresh copy and let them know the codes that come up when it's run, and they would send me an activation key. Problem is, the program wouldn't install correctly and wouldn't run. They clearly didn't want to help a Mac user, explaining that they didn't have the capability to set up equipment like mine and debug things - nonetheless, they offered suggestions that I could try. To cut to the chase, they swapped about a dozen e-mail messages with me, and I finally was able to get the program running.
While this whole episode reminded me why I abandoned Windows as my main platform years ago - but the support service I got through the VPW website was outstanding, and WAY beyond what I expect even from a good, supportive company. They were terrific.
THANK YOU, VPW support staff!
Forgive the cross - listings - I think they've earned wide visibility for their service.
