Video Poker for Winners - Strategy report notation

Hi

I wonder if anyone can point me in the direction to where I can find an explanation of the notation used in Video Poker for Winners - Strategy reports. The hand below in 9/6 Jacks or Better is proving especially hard to work out!

Hand Stratey Play Perfect Play
8H 9H JD QH KC SF3 1h2i ST4 3h1i

Thanks for any help.

Bro

I didnt explain myself, I wanted to know why you play the Straight over the SF in Perfect play ie taking account of penalty cards.

In 9/6 Jacks or Better you hold 4 cards to an inside straight with 3 high cards over 3 cards to a straight flush double inside ONLY "when EITHER unsuited card is internal to the straight flush". This wording is taken from Bob's earlier report on the same game.

Oops left out SF double inside has only 1 high card. I think this is fixed.

Thanks for the help - appreciated.
