I had the same problem and had to uninstall Flash and then re-install. Of course, Adobe doesn't make it easy and you have to download a program from them to uninstall Flash. I'd send the links, but I am on my work computer.
Everything works fine now.

I've used this website many times, with no problems, and now when I
click on a game, I get a screen saying I need to download Flash.
I have Flash, Shockwave, Java, all in the latest versions. For the
heck of it, I downloaded Flash again, restarted my PC and the same
thing happened.
Was working fine last week. Caches is empty, defragged, yadda
yadda....anyone else have this problem?
