Video Blackjack VS 9 - 6 Jacks or Better

In a single deck game a player gets an untied BJ about 4.8% of the time so you give up 2.4% in payback. I cannot recommend playing either that game or 8-5 jacks. (I am wondering if you are looking at an older Game King machine? - These games usually have 8-5 jacks and BJ but usually also have Illinois Deuces (15-9-4-4-3 is the single coin payback for 5K, SF, 4K. FH and FL.) which is a 98.913% game and may also have 9-6 DDB at 98.98% and 9-7 DB at 99.106%. These games are still solidly negative and I still cannot recommend playing them but are certainly better than 8-5 Jacks or BJ where naturals pay even money.
Some Bally Gamemaker machines also have 8-5 Jacks plus the bad blackjack. These often have better games too. When I was at Harrah's - St. Louis last summer, these machines also had full pay All-American at 100.72% and Pick Em at 99.95%. (I understand that most of these games have since been removed.)

My question is, In video blackjack if you can find a machine that
pays 1.5 to 1 on blackjack then your return is over 99.5% and on 9-6
jacks or better you have to play 5 coin to get 99.5% and this takes
into account a royal. Also your bankroll would have to be much smaller
playing blackjack. What I was wondering was what is the percentage of
return for blackjack that does NOT pay 1.5 to 1 on blackjack, this
might be an alternative to playing 8-5 jacks or better in casinos
like Harrah's that don't offer 9-6 also are the comp points the same
as video poker.Thank You
