FWIW, CD and DVD burning software is notorious for
conflicting with other CD DVD burn software. The
problem is that the software, when installed, makes
its own changes to native Windows programs and
drivers. The changes are not compatable with other
burn software.
Its best to have only one CD/DVD burn program on your
computer. IF it came with a pre-installed burner, use
that one.
