Maybe someone can help me. I have backed-up files of both of my
businesses and also a few other personal finance files for the past
few years to CD discs, so I know how to do this properly. Now, all of
a sudden, I get an error that 1) my E: drive is not functioning
properly and 2) there is no disc in drive F: when I click on these 2
destinations where I put the CDs. I can't copy my pictures to a disc
anymore, either. What the heck happened? Seems like there's a break in
communication between the pc and my cd rom drives. Thanks for any help.
very XVP: also PC problem
This happened to me a few years ago. I searched for answers online and
after doing a "restore" on my computer (basically taking it back to
where it was a month earlier) which didn't work, I figured out that it
had to do with the CD/DVD burning software. For some reason Nero and I
think it was the HP software that came with the computer weren't
getting along and were causing the drives not to recognize DVD's. I
was getting a message saying that the discs needed to be formatted or
something like that. When I deleted the HP software, the problem went
away.
I think the way I found the solution was to Google the exact
message "no disc in drive f" or whatever it was along with the
word "error" and then trolling through forums until I found something
that could possibly help me.
Good luck!
Steve

I recently asked a Circus Circus host when they were going to be moving to the MGM Players Club, and he said they won't be. Instead, they will have their own new slot club in the next month or so. I forget the name, but it won't be One Club anymore, but rather an entirely new slot club.

I'm out of the loop on this one. Does it affect Circus Circus Vegas
only? I've got some history at Circus Reno, and just one afternoon of
play at Circus Vegas. When I last played in Reno, I was surprised to
see that my comps/cashback from Vegas couldn't be transferred. If
Vegas is changing the name of its slot club... will it make any
difference?
Thanks for any info.
