Like alot of Vegas plays this one came and went without my participation.
My take is there is a strong correlelation between the amount of Bonus
Credits earned on any HET gadget and your "Theo". Daily theo primarily drives the
marketing machinery, with other factors tossed into the mix (phase of the moon).
So an out-of-towner is this looking for a room on the Strip. HET is generous
in this requirement. Giving-up .5% over here results in getting 5% over
there.
