After hearing about the decimation of the playable VP at the
Venetian/Palazzo, I have been depressed. After starting to play there
last November using my Diamond card to get their Gold level, we have
stayed two different times and received fabulous treatment (we play $1
and $2 JOB for about $35 - $40 K per day). What got me started today
was an offer I just received for a room for 2-4 nights, $500 in free
slot play and $100 in dining credit. Add in the cash back in the form
of free play and it comes close to a break even proposition, which is
all we really look for (we are in Texas and treat gambling strictly as
a recreational activity). It appears that the only machines we can
play are the 4 $1 BP machines in the Venetian at 99.2%. Not great, but
OK. Am I correct in that assumption? Now the query about the Wynn and
I am looking for feedback from other visitors to LV. Once you
establish some play at the Wynn with the action mentioned above, are
the offers anywhere close to the Venetian? Thanks in advance.
