Venetian doesn't own any of the restaurants, so anything you can charge to
your room can be comped equally. Last I checked, only the upstairs food
court didn't take room charges.
Zeffrino's, one of the property's best restaurants with the world's
best Sunday Brunch is in the upstairs food court. They've always
taken and still do take room charges with or without RFB.
