About 7 p.m. tonight, when we were just finishing our play, they were starting to shut down the machines on the 8/5 bank just outside High Limit when someone quit playing. A slot supervisor told me it was to "improve" machines!
They also shut down the one $25 JoB in High Limit.

The $25 JoB machine in High Limit was getting pounded for at least six hours yesterday.
The guy must have put at least half a million coin-in, and that was just in the time I was
there. That might have inspired the "improvement."

As feared, Venetian has "improved" the $1/$2/$5 8/5BP bank to 7/5 at all denominations.
This means, as far as I know, there is now nothing remotely playable at anything below the
$25 denomination.

Confirmed. Best game under $25 might be the (7) $1 7/5 BP progressive
(royal) bank in front of the Venetian food court (98.0% at reset).

the high limit area there today. I assume all 4 or 5 machines on the
bank were the same. Why doesn't the data base show them?
I've put $25 9/6 JoB back into the DataBase, again.
