I wouldn't depend on the newspapers to have the definitive answer to the
water question. It all depends on the weather in the Rockies.
What do you think any bad news would do to the building boom and the
irrational exuberance in rising property values? We just paid for 12 new schools, what
would we do with them? I know, house the poor homeless.
