Was in Vegas last week - Harrahs gave us a room at the Rio but we
played at the Palms since Rio has no decent machines. My wife hit the
FPDW progressive royal Monday and again Tuesday. Glad I brought her
along.
An ederly lady was tying up 2 machines there playing one at a time
Tuesday morning. I doubt if she was playing 300 hands per hour on both
machines combined, but I noticed she had over a million points so she
must play faster sometimes. I was very glad my wife hit the royal
before she did.
We had a great time and came back with a lot more than we took.

Congrats on your good fortune. I have played over 400,000 hands on those machines at the Palms and have yet to get a rolal on them. I have seen that same lady tie up 2 machines on several occasions. She has always played pretty slowly when I am there. Slower than if she were to stick with just one machine.

Happy for your royals...I played that bank last Feb., threw the whole hand away and got a spade royal on the redraw for $1,400.00! Must be a lucky bank for VP Free players!

At first glance I thought the amount hit for royal was 1,400,000
