The strip, as defined by Las Vegas Blvd South, from Sahara Ave south, is in Clark County. Sahara Ave is the city limits. The Stratosphere is located in the city of Las Vegas. I should have been a bit clearer, as Winchester and Paradise are unincorporated townships in Clark County.
