Vegas Shuttle's??

My wife's kid brother is going to Vegas next month for the first time. He and his friend's got a room offer that makes me jealous - a suite at Ballys for $65 a night.
They dont gamble much, not enough for comp's anyway, and want to know about cheap food, free or cheap entertainment and other deals. We can help him out on all that stuff, but most of the offer's are off the Strip, and they wont have a car.
Is there any guide to all those free shuttles that run between the Strip and local's casinos? Or should we just tell them to keep their eyes open once they get there?
   Thanks for any help.

Shuttle bus service that I know of:
- Harrah's to Rio
- Barbary Coast to Gold Coast to Orleans
- Palms to the Strip (Treasure Island or Mirage?)
