Heading to Vegas for a family trip on Saturday. Some are staying at
Mandalay Bay, some (including me) at Monte Carlo.
Since it's a fight night (Oscar DLH), I anticipate big annoying
crowds in that area, on top of the usual weekend crush.
Because of that, and being on sort of a schedule with family, I don't
see how I will be able to get any serious big $$ play in.
Therefore, I'm allocating $125 for each property we visit, I have no
idea how many we will actually hit, they're not big walkers so I
don't think it will be very many, and we will not have a car.
I will play 100 credits on BP quarters, cash out whenever I get ahead
between $1.25 and $5 depending on how i feel. If I go thru the
quarters, I will play 100 on $1, cash out at $5 ahead and keep doing
that until I've recovered the $25 at that property, or I may carry
the $1 play over to the next one until that cycle is finished. Slot
cards...I will bring what i already have and if I don't have one for
a joint, oh well, I'm not standing in lines on a weekend for a stupid
card. I do have MGM Mirage, Caesars, and One Club, so that should
cover me for the south strip.
I also will be entering a no-limit Hold 'Em tournament for some fun,
either at Mirage, Sahara, or the IP. Entry for that will be
somewhere between $65 and $120.
Sound like a plan? Should be fun.
