Hi all.

Old Grandad here traveling with newlyweds. They are players at local joints and have been to AC a few times with me. I am self appointed as the travel guide. I’ll list my ideas and any suggestions welcome.

WE have 5 and half days in town. Will rent car.

!. A day at the dam. The kids both want to see Dam. Drive down seeing desert along way. Maybe having breakfast at say…Railroad pass. Might Shoot over to Laughlin on way back. Take look see at Colorado river and stop couple gambling joints.

  1. Have to see at least one show… Need ideas for young folks early 20s. Mystere good stop? Anything just as good? Also, walk through of Caesars form shops? Circus Circus interesting in old days? An evening walking strip & where to start.
  1. What to do Downtown Las Vegas? Where to start if driving down? Years since down there?

Any ideas?? We will be traveling in 6 weeks.

Have good evening Cheers Jeep

hello

Don’t know much about conservatory. Caesars on my list. Do they charge for self parking at Mirage or Caesars? Still haven’t decided on Vegas show? I’m guessing it’s not too early to reserve? Ideas?

I’m thinking Vegas Monorail might be a decent trip to take for seeing strip. I’ve never been on it. Driving Strip about 3am in morning? How many casinos can u go to in an evening? Do they offer an all day pass?

Cheers Jeep

Yes, Caesars properties (except for Rio and Planet Hollywood) and all MGM Resorts (except Circus Circus) charge for parking. Platinum and above at Caesars self-park for free. I believe Seven Stars still valet’s for free at Caesars (but am not sure). Mirage I don’t even remember what their tier levels are I’ve been barred from MGM properties for so long now I don’t even bother but higher tier levels (or if you have an MGM Credit Card) you self-park for free. Effective Sept 30th Valet Parking at Wynn is free. (Self-Parking currently free at Wynn and Venetian/Palazzo).

Caesars on my list. Do they charge for self parking at Mirage or Caesars?
