We found Washington Mutual Bank in Las Vegas ATMs totally free in Las Vegas.
We have used it to obtain cash from our credit union account in Dayton,
Ohio. They advertise free ATM for anyone and it works for us. Unfortunately we
will be closing the Ohio accounts in September. But have established accounts

Ironically, Washington Mutual seems to have purchased
a number of banks throughout the US. We're starting
an account in NY so that we can seamlessly transfer
our banking as well without changing banks.
