Value of Cashback Multiplier Days

I have a few questions about cash back multiplier days.

Do most locals mainly play on cash back multiplier days?
Is not this a major part of playing video poker at an advantage
   in the current VP environment?
When you do this, don't you take a slightly negative or slightly
positive game and make it significantly positive?
To what % return level can you often take a game such as JoB, or
   Double Bonus on multiplier days?
Don't most casinos limit the games that can be played for multiple
   points?
Are not these multiple point days much more valuable than simply
playing any positive game on non multiplier days?
Would not a game such as $1 FPDW play be worth less than other
games that are eligible on multiplier days?
If this is true, why is $1 FPDW so attractive that it will self
   destruct?
I had this thought after some recent comments about $1 FPDW plays
and after reading the last sentence of Paladingamingllc post
"Just don't disclose the next $5 FPDW ok?" I know he meant it
as humor, but why would that game be so valuable compared to
other games eligible on multiplier days.
Maybe I am missing something about figuring the real EV when
factoring in cash back on point multiplier days.

We balance a lot of factors - multiple point days, bounce back cash and
theo considerations, game ER, casino ambience, promotions, cash back,
travel considerations etc. - in deciding where and when we play each
day here in Las Vegas.

We take advantage of multiple point days when other factors aren't more
important, as they often are.

Some casinos exclude certain machines from promotions and some don't.

Restricting comps, cash back or mailings on a game ($1 FPDW) certainly
reduces its attractiveness.
