Actually, I was hoping that an Alaskan Eskimo would win, but I am often
disappointed.

I would prefer that a legal U.S. citizen win. Beyond that, I have no
preferences.

Either way, I won't lose any sleep over it.

That's easy to ensure - don't allow non legal U.S. citizens to play.

Or, is it your position that it's OK for non legals to play (and contribute to the jackpot) - as long as they don't have the nerve to win now and then?
