No, but even if it was legal I'd advise against it. You may be able to get
away with it but sooner or later someone will notice. So you may not be
prosecuted but your comp privileges will be affected so why take the chance for
checking on a close play? Return vs risk doesn't make sense.

To check a play I don't think is allowed but if you use it at the
end of your session to record play or if it happens to be a cell
phone to - I cannot imagine that being illegal.
