Just want you to know my husband Fred Pitcher passed away Wednesday the 7th
after a brief illness with lung cancer.
We found out in February, so it was fast.
He was in Vegas just a week ago for 3 days, now I'm so happy he made the
trip. I wanted him to wait. He loved video poker and all the trip reports
from the list members.
If you will please remove his name from your e-mail, I don't play that much.
Thanks,
Betty

I'm very sorry to hear that, Betty. I'll remember you in my prayers. And please excuse my inappropriate comment earlier in this thread; I was unaware of the recent death of anyone associated with our group, but should have realized that this is always a real possibility given the size of membership.

I'm sure I speak for all of us on this list - you have our deepest sympathies, Betty. And I am so glad he got to enjoy that last trip to Vegas - I am sure that brings you happiness in the midst of this deep sorrow.
Blessings to you.

Betty:
I'm very sorry to hear about Fred's death. I exchanged
several private emails with him and always valued his
comments and suggestions. He will be missed.
I've removed him from the list so you shouldn't be
getting emails after a few days.
You have our deepest sympathy,
