Go to nearest friendly IRS office & ask them to print it out.
It's no charge. Have done this for several years. If you have significant
other, they must go in themselves & ask for their own.
Statements for prior year normally aren't available until about Aug or later.
Wry comment from employee who knows me now & what I'm going to ask for: "You
know, Glenn, it's usually not good when we start to remember who you are."
