Montbleu now uses a Trop Advantage players card. They tout 40% more comps but hide the 100% less cash back. As in no more cash back at Montbleu. $2/point at video poker, points only really matter for card tier.
Horizon is also now comps only, no cash back on their new card. $10/point here.
