Update to Aspiration Level 2 trip fiasco

This is Donald Ferry from Peoria, IL with an update.

I received an email from Diabel Samb, a host at Harrah’s
Reno. “Hello Donald I attached your
itinerary document and is exactly the way you wanted.” The attachment ahowed we had been ticketed
exactly as we wanted with an American locator number. It was booked through Carlson Wagonlit
Travel and the Total Amount 1,634.88 Round trip (Non-refundable) ($694 per
person Total $1,387.20 (all passengers) was the price
for the same itinerary at 8:31 AM CST on 1/26/17 at the AA website.)

Diabel Samb had previously asked for a credit card number,
expiration date and Credit Card Security Code, We refused to do this. I would like to know who is buying the
tickets. My Aspiration Level 2 $750 and/or
my wife’s Signature Experiences 1 credit of $500? Out of our Rewards balance?

Another concern is some confidential information was
accessed. Our American Airlines’ frequent
number was already on the tickets. (We had not given this information to Harrah’s
Reno) At the American Airlines website
our reservation was already loaded in to our trips summary. Normally I have to find the reservation using
the locator number and insert our frequent flyer numbers and choose seats. The
seat assignments were the best available in the main cabin. Usually we are stuck in the back of the
plane. I would like the information all
loaded but have a concern about how the information was obtained.

I am confused as to what I should do now. Wait and get clarity on who pays? Assume very thing is now OK? The wife’s Signature Experiences 1 credit of
$500 must be booked before 2/1/17 but how do I find out if they used it?
