I just got a call from MS Guest Relations. They restored all my Momentum Dollars.

The rep explained that the glitch in the system is that, since I was only playing FP video poker (no M.D.s earned), the system only looks at M.D. earned, not at amount of play. She advised that MS IS/IT is looking to resolve the problem. I told her I never received any notification about the loss of M.D.s, and she couldn’t explain that.

I guess a simple fix is for the player to play on an M.D.-earning machine for a few $$$, just to show play…or have to deal with this problem every so often.

Your call as to what you want to do.
