That would be different from all other Harrah's properties, so I'm assuming
the $40/pt info is incorrect.

No reason to do that. They will be worth the same after the conversion.

Good food, small selection.

I will be generous and call the buffet there adequate. In other words if you're there and want some fuel it's OK, but I prefer the one's across the street, Paris, Flamingo, Ballys.

Hi Bill:

I've eaten at Cafe Lago nearly every time I've been in LV. Never had
the buffet, but I order from the menu and have never had a complaint.
I think they have a nice selection, good food, and friendly service.
Cheaper than Augustus Cafe for pretty much the same stuff, so your
connection comps will go farther.

I believe Albert is being very kind. In my opinion, Caesar's buffet
ranks as the most consistently poor buffet among the premier casinos
on the strip. I must confess, however, that after three or four
tries, I have left it alone. Perhaps it has improved over the past
several years of my absence.

Thanks for buffet info
-I have no total rewards/harrahs comps. Under current system I can
only use my connection comps at Caesars LV till 2/14. I now have
zero comps at all harrahs and ALL other bally properties. I guess
my comps will switch to total rewards on 2/14.
I tried slot club and host at ballys LV /paris and they could do
nothing for me- I am visiting LV - I have strong play from Ballys?
caesars Atlantic City.

We have eaten at Cafe Lago many times. Love the place. Seldom get the buffet, because it's pretty overpriced for what you get. However, we tried it a couple of months ago and it (the buffet) was improved quite a lot. Still, I would recommend the menu selections. One thing I miss is the great calamari appetizer they had (about the best I've had), but you can still get it in a variety type appetizer. Great marinara type sauce.
