Update on Cache Creek

I was there again; it's a nice casino to people watch (nice eye
candy), but lousy vp. There are 3 banks of Double Double bonus
poker progressive (recall the full pay version is 9/6). For $1 and
$0.50 machines, it's a 8/5 paytable and for the $0.25 machines, it's
a 7/5. The top 3 hands are progressives. It was funny to watch
very few players on the $0.50 machines with a RF of $3,800 while the
$1 machine was crowded with the RF at $4,200. The SF and Quad Aces
with kickers get hit pretty often so they are close to reset values.

I did spend a couple of hours playing $0.10 9/5 JOB both on a single
line slant top (next to the progressive $0.05 flaming 7s video
reels) and ten-play 9/5 JOB at $0.10 (I have to question my sanity
of betting $5 a hand on a 98.5% game). The multi-line games are
very easy to find as they are in a bank of uprights closest to the
gift shop. Again, you have to check the machines carefully because
the paytable could be 7/5 or 8/5 JOB. There are also multiline 8/6
JOB, but I didn't want to play at $15 a hand.
