The Casa Blanca has now completed on Oct. 27th the change over on ALL VP
machines from NSUD to Ugly Ducks. This now includes all the 25 cent machines
and the Dollars machines by the VIP room entrance. The 9-6 JOB 1$ machines
also by the VIP Room are now downgraded to 8-5 and no longer playable. The two
9-6 Dollar machines by the ladies restroom were out of service yesterday and
it could be assumed that they too will be changed. AS posted earlier by
another member of this board ALL Video Poker and Video Blackjack machine now
require $20 coin in for one point. Slots remain at $10 coin in for a point. He
also report that the 10-6 DDB progressive has been downgraded to 9-5. Video
poker machines are being replace with one cent silly games and of course
"Wheel of Fortune". It is truely a graveyard for VP.

The Oasis is also going through major changes in VP inventories. All the 100
and 50 play machines have been reduced from Nickles, Dimes and Quarters to
Pennies. One and two cent only and the pay schedule reduce as well. Spin Poker
has also been downgraded to nickles and dimes. No more full pay JOB, Super
Aces or NSUD in 50/100 play or Spin poker. . Some 9-6 JOB (as of Oct. 27th)
remain but the way things are going they may also go by the wayside. The Pick
A Pair (Pick Em) remain in the bar tops in the Sports bar as report earlier.
There will be three time points on Monday thru Thursdays from 6-9 PM and Two
time points from 6 AM to 6 PM also on Monday thru Thursday. The kicker it
takes $20 coin in for a point. I ask at the Player's desk and they would not
tell me or did not know if there will be any special offers like the scratch
cards or Card of the day in November.

Virgin River inventory remains the same as before. There are a few 9-6 $1
machines scattered in the old part (West end) of the building. But with the
changes going on in the other two casinos owned by Randy Black it may only be
a matter of time before these also are downgraded. Most of the NSUD have also
been changed to lesser paytables. You have to look to find them. I didn't
check the inventory at the Virgin River on my last visit to Mesquite so things
may have changed.

ALSO I received in the mail yesterday an offer from the Virgin River of
additional cash back with out using your points. It is based on the total
points earned on only Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in November. It is a
sliding scale and is in addition to the points you earn toward rewards. For
example 500 points get you $15 cash back. 2000 points get you $75, 4000 points
get you $225 and on up to 10,000 points get you $1200. There are may more
levels not shown here due to space. BUT Remember it now takes $20 coin in for
one point. At the max level it pays back 1.2 %

Eureka Casino has tons of full pay machines that have been listed earlier.
There are too many to even try to list them all. As The Casa, Oasis, and
Virgin River reduces or removes the good machines the Eureka is NOW the locals
place to play VP.

Thanks for the update on the further decimation...I was thinking of
going up there and play 9/6 Jacks, just to finish earning the 10,000
points...now...no way.

With $20 coin-in per point, the cash back is reduced to .6%...at the
max level.
