Just as I am looking at this, I am going out the door to catch the bus to the Majestic Star. I will wait a little while before updating but this may be the end. I may become an Empress customer!!

Subject: [vpFREE] Update - Majestic Star Indiana Jacks or Better
Although I know most are playing elsewhere, Majestic Star in Indiana has had a good inventory of 9/6 JoB for quite a while - quarter and up, including quarter 3-play, 5-play, 10-play, $1, $5, and $25.
I was up there this weekend and half the machines were out of service for "maintenance". That was Thursday afternoon. That night a technician was putting in new circuit boards with oversight by someone from the state gaming board; I asked what they were doing and they said routine maintenance; I specifically asked if they were downgrading the pay schedules and the gaming board guy said "would we do that to our good customers?" -- to which I replied, it's happened.
Anyway, I checked back Saturday morning and sure enough, all the machines that were serviced were all downgraded from full pay, the best remaining being 9/5. There are still full pay $5 / $25 machines, and a few VERY old $1 single line full pays with flickering screens, the ones that really need maintenance -- this is at Majestic Star II, formerly Trump. Majestic Star I, across the hall (literally) still has it's $.50 5-play, $1 and up single line machines full pay - for now -- but with common ownership, one has to expect that both boats at Buffington Harbor will gradually (or suddenly) lose their 9/6 JoB.
In that area, Resorts (formerly Harrah's) still had a few 9/6 JoB last time I checked, but that was a couple of months ago.
I also go to Caesars in southern Indiana, where there is a big selection of $1 and $5 9/6 JoB.
Cash back at all these places is around 0.1 to 0.125%, so unless you play on multiplier promotions, they're all negative expectation (excluding the comp value, which is why I still put a little time in on them).
