We’re getting two situations confused here. I was responding to the gentleman who said his return was screwed up either by Passport or Delta. I had asked for more details to see where the probem might have been.
I wasn’t being crutucal of you. Yours was a totally different situation. I thought these messages would include at least a portion of the message we respond to or at least the subject would match.
