Doing the Vegas thing in a couple weeks and need to ask 2 questions.
Last year (Labor Day) when I was there, the Casino MonteLago was a
great place for full pay machines. Is this still true? I may also
need to access email / internet while I am there. Are there public
access terminals available at some of the hotels? If so, which ones
and how much.
Thanks in advance.

The Las Vegas Club has three terminals near their
snack bar. $5 for 15 min. No printer though.
The Four Queens also has one, but I don't know the
price.

I would hesitate to count on using those. During the (relatively
limited) hours that place is open, the machines are often in high
demand. You never know; that lounge seems to be either jammed or
empty. But when it's full you not only have people hanging around
waiting to get one of the machines; if you are using one you're
likely to have them looking over your shoulder.
As for using someone else's card to get into the lounge-- lots of
luck. They check IDs at the elevator.
We must have caught it when it was on an empty cycle as the machines
were free and available. As for as using someone else's card, I meant
go as their guest not to use their card and try to sneak in.

Can you or some other Las Vegas local's add where are the public library's with free Internet? Especially the one's that don't have a long wait to get on.
Thanx.

It appears that the Las Vegas branch is the closest to
downtown and the Meadows branch is closest to the
strip.
AFAIK all branches have internet access. I've always
seen available machines at branches I've visited.

Actually, it's for 2000 free points, which is worth $10 in comps. Add
another 2000 points from actual play there and you can cash in the
total for a $20 free play voucher. You must have 4000 points before
you can redeem for a free play voucher. If you don't reach 4000
points you may still redeem your points for comps. All points in your
account will expire after six months of inactivity.
