The 0.1% cash back is pretty much national for Harrah's but in the Chicago
market it is bounceback. For Base Reward Credits it takes $10 of VP or $5
of slots to get one everywhere. In the Chicago area you get bonus credits
on slots and "bad" VP. At East Chicago IN you get no bonus on the eight 25c
games with NSUD, 9-6 jacks, 9-5 TP+ etc. At Joliet IL I know you do not get
bonus credits on their $1 9-6 DDB progressive. There may be other games at
Joliet like that as well. Points multipliers only count on bonus reward
credits.
