I was playing a 50 bonus game and was keeping track of dealt trips and how many quads they had. I ended up with about 260,000 total hands( 5200 dealt hands) and among the results, I had trip 8s dealt 12 times. The resulting quads were 0,0,0 ( yes I whiffed 3 times in a row on dealt trip 8s) 1,2,0,2,3,2,1,3,2 for an average of 1.25 quads, vs the expected 2.13 average. That's quite a difference. So, out of 600 trips eights, I hit on 16 or about 2.78% having 16 or less in that many occurrences. Then I was dealt 8s. So, the number of quad 8s I got is now more in line with expectation but the journey was unusual.
