This is interesting, especially since they didn't deduct from points. Was
this a wheelchair from an outside company - or do they have motorized ones
in-house at Caesars. I do know they have push-along wheelchairs in-house since
they provided me one when I broke my foot in the parking garage.

This proves that it never hurts to "ASK."

Anyone have other examples of very unusual comps you have received? Sounds
like a FF's in the makings!!!

I was with friends from California. We all met at the Lion Habitat at the
MGM. I noticed as we walked back to the old monorail system one of the party, a
70 yr old woman who had recent hip replacement surgury, was limping badly but
shrugging off help. We made it as far as down the escalator at Bally's
monorail stop and she couldn't go any further. We called security. They came by
with a wheelchair and an armed guard pushing it. They pushed her to the machine
of her choice. We called them again when we wanted to go to the Bellagio.
Same service and we were met at the Bellagio entrance by a guard with a
wheelchair [Bally's called ahead on their own] And so on when we wanted to go to
Caesars. They took a cab back to their hotel at that point.

My take on any type of wheelchair service in a Vegas hotel is it is never a
comp but an automatic CYA to avoid a lawsuit.
