As has already been pointed out, there are some situations where a
suited eight-jack is not a better draw than unsuited ace-jack (I had
hoped to get back and add this correction before someone beat me to
it).
In addition to the off-suit nine or ten mentioned in rva237's
message, an off-suit seven applies as well.
