In a small business, definitely I will let you know as I have one doctor's
office where his office staff were badly behaved enough that I went elsewhere
for surgery.
With a casino, you know these people are generally 'shopped,' meaning secret
shoppers are out and about reporting on their behavior so I don't feel it
would help anything for me to add my two cents. And as someone has said, their
tips will reflect their behavior.
