2 good reasons to let it slide. #1 Why waste your own time to
complain? #2. The server may find out you have complained. She
would be likely to remember you at some later date when you visit
that property; there lies the problem. You will get fast friendly
service. But, she might spit in your drink. 2 also includes reasons
why you should tip at least a fair minimum for food service. In
addition, same reasons for being nice to wait people.

I never complain on folks who have it in their power to hurt me
back; maids, bartenders, waiters, doctors, nurses etc.
