Unbelievable

Has this ever happened to you? I know it has never happened for me.

On Friday I decided to go to Harrah*s Resort AC, for the first time in months. I played on the 9/6 multidenom. JOB machine. I started on the leftmost machine, and within an hour , when I was nearly $100 down, I hit the royal, putting me ahead $900. So I decided to increase my bet to 50 cents. About 45 minutes later, I hit the royal again for $2,000, putting me ahead by about $2,750 for the day.

Since I had to wait for the hand-pay, I move over to the second machine from the left. I decided to be bold and increased my play to the dollar level. While still waiting for my hand-pay, I hit my 3rd royal. This $4,000 bonanza put me ahead by about $6,500 for the day. I didn't want to throw it all back, so I waited for theis hand-pay, and went back to playing quarters, got bored after a half hour, and left.

This was truly an unbelievable day.

I've hit three royals in four hours twice in my video poker career.
I've also experienced 250,000 hands without a royal. Play it long
enough and you will experience all kind so weird stuff.

Good for you. Now ya gotta beat that record.

7 royals in 30 some hours was best for me. Stardust at the bar $1 3
play. Caught 4 on same machine; two of those caught on 4 royal
catching 2 out of three. Caught 2 more at the same bar but different
machines; total 6. My seventh caught on 10 play quarter at LVH. Not
so hard to do but it was still a royal. That had to be 5 years ago.
Nothing near to that since.

Record for me before Dust was at Frontier about 15-18 yrs ago. I
still remember it well. 3 royals on FPDW in an afternoon.

Seems like it's all down hill since the good old days. Or would that
be all UP HILL?

Good health and good luck....Jeep

Congrats Lou.
Best day I had was on a Saturday at 4 Queens. Hit the progessive .25
DB royal for $1500 at 5 am, the $1 db at 8 am, and the .25 progressive
again that night. Went on a terrible dry streak after that.

I've had a quarter and half-dollar RF on the same machine/same session

at Fiesta Henderson. That was good enough for me. I didn't even think of trying for the dollar RF. Congrats. --- In vpFREE@yahoogroups.com, "Louis Mogol" <LouMogol@...> wrote:
