Hi Neil,
I simply make sure the slot club has my correct email address, and let nature take its course. Occasionally I'll sign up on their websites even if I'm not a member of the slot club.
Rama is very active on the emails. I've been receiving their newletter via snail mail for some years now (even though I only play there a few times a year). I'm one rung up from bottom tier status, but they offer me a $40 food voucher and a free room every month, plus free tix to almost every concert. The last few months they've been sending an email update every time they book a new stage show. They also snail me postcards for almost every act.

Do you do anything special to trigger all the email you receive.
Aside from occasional items from Coast Casinos and Arizona Charlies,
we don't receive casino email, even from Rama, where we are
moderately active.
